Our Lady and the New Evangelization
Mary is the star of the New Evangelization. She received Jesus in Her Heart before she conceived Him.Â
Luther was first a Catholic, but he did not want to acknowledge the important role of Mary in the Church. Therefore, many countries have rejected the devotion to Mary in every form: Germany, Denmark... If we do not honour the Mother, then we do not honour the Son. She is the Mediatrix of all Graces. We need to be united to Mary, to be pure in soul and mind, to be faithful to the Church and to live a life of grace, to evangelize.

The 1st evangelization of Mary was the Visitation. Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit: She knew that Mary had become the Mother of God, and the child in her womb also, leapt of joy: John has been sanctified. The Holy Spirit never acts without his Spouse, Mary. The Holy Spirit always works through her. St John's Gospel, 2:1-11 - At the wedding in Cana, The couple were embarrassed, because they ran out of wine: for the Jews, this was a curse: It would bring a lack of prosperity and fertility as well. Mary talked to Jesus. Jesus said to her that His time had not yet come...Still, Mary spoke with authority to the servants: "What ever He says to you, do it", because she trusted Him. So, the party went on, the couple had the best wine to serve their guests. |
Jesus entrusted all of us to Mary, His beloved Mother though John, His loving disciple who followed Him until his death on the cross. St. Bonaventure has said: "None of the Children of Mary will go to Hell". "Mary is the Gate of Heaven". "All saints become Saints through Mary".
Evangelization is for the sake of non-Catholics. New evangelization is for lapsed/non practising Catholics.
The Immaculate Heart of Mary is our Refuge. If we are fully united to her and faithful to her Maternal Love, She will make us her own children and transform us into the perfect reflection of Her Son.
DOGMA OF THE CHURCH:  Catholics have to embrace, without doubting it, that Mary is still a virgin: Her virginity was not broken when Jesus was born. She conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit. Saint Joseph was only her Protector.
